Support and maintenance

Support and maintenanceEmail support, maintenance and minor software updates are free of charge for 180 days from your purchase. Afterwards, we offer regular maintenance and support, including regular software and documentation updates, response to customer software problems and software defects, telephone assistance (European business hours), and unlimited email support. The annual fee for this service is 20%¹ of the list price on your order. Alternatively, we offer special rates for upgrades.

Installation and trainingWe offer introduction, installation and integration services — in our headquarters in Saarbruecken or on-site within Germany.
