aiSee: Pricing Overview

aiSee is also included in all aiT, StackAnalyzer, aiCall, and CoSy distribution packages.


Payment conditions We accept payment by cheque (US or international), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and SWIFT international bank transfer. Purchase orders (net 30 days) are accepted from government, accredited educational institutions and major corporations, provided that they are submitted on purchase order forms with a purchase order number.



Free shipping worldwide All orders over €50 qualify for free shipping worldwide. And there’s no need to wait for the physical package to arrive, because we’ll also send you a download link via email.



Purchasers from EU countries: Please note that a surcharge of 19% VAT is required. However, if the purchasing institution is VAT-registered, the surcharge need not be paid. To omit the surcharge, simply supply your VAT-number with your order.


	Support and maintenance Email support, maintenance and minor software updates are free of charge for 180 days from your purchase. Afterwards, we offer regular maintenance and support, including regular software and documentation updates, response to customer software problems and software defects, telephone assistance (European business hours), and unlimited email support. The annual fee for this service is 20% (at least €800) of the list price on your order. Alternatively, we offer special rates for upgrades.



	Installation and training We offer introduction, installation and integration services — in our headquarters in Saarbruecken or on-site within Germany.
