The license also entitles you to install aiSee on a second computer (not a server) for development purposes.

Payment conditions

VISA, MasterCard, AmExWe accept payment by cheque (US or in­ternational), VISA, MasterCard, Ame­rican Express, and SWIFT international bank transfer. Purchase orders (net 30 days) are accepted from government, ac­cred­ited educational institutions and major cor­po­rations, provided that they are sub­mit­ted on purchase order forms with a purchase order number.

Purchasers from EU countries:

Please note that a surcharge of 19% VAT is required. However, if the purchasing institution is VAT-reg­is­tered, the surcharge need not be paid. To omit the surcharge, simply supply your VAT-number with your order.

Support and maintenance

Email support, maintenance and minor soft­ware updates are free of charge for 180 days from your purchase. Afterwards, we offer regular maintenance and support, including reg­u­lar software and documentation updates, response to customer software problems and software de­fects, telephone assistance (European business hours), and unlimited email support. The annual fee for this service is 20% (at least €800) of the list price on your order. Alternatively, we offer special rates for upgrades.
