Registered non-commercial users upgrade free of charge. To upgrade from aiSee 3.beta to aiSee 3.4.3, simply download and install the latter. Your existing license file is still valid for the latest release. However, if you would like to upgrade from aiSee 2 to aiSee 3, please request a new license key. It’s still free.

Payment conditions

VISA, MasterCard, AmExWe accept payment by cheque (US or international), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and SWIFT international bank transfer. Purchase orders (net 30 days) are accepted from government, accredited educational institutions and major corporations, provided that they are submitted on purchase order forms with a purchase order number.

Purchasers from EU countries:

Please note that a surcharge of 19% VAT is required. However, if the purchasing institution is VAT-registered, the surcharge need not be paid. To omit the surcharge, simply supply your VAT-number with your order.

Support and maintenance

Email support, maintenance and minor software updates are free of charge for 180 days from your purchase. Afterwards, we offer regular maintenance and support, including regular software and documentation updates, response to customer software problems and software defects, telephone assistance (European business hours), and unlimited email support. The annual fee for this service is 20%¹ of the list price on your order. Alternatively, we offer special rates for upgrades.
