Registered non-commercial users upgrade free of charge by simply downloading the latest version of aiSee. If you are running Windows, Linux, or Solaris, you can use your existing license key to unlock the latest version of aiSee. If you are running Mac OS X and would like to upgrade from aiSee 2 to aiSee 3, please request a new license key.

support, maintenance and minor software updates are free of charge for 180 days from your purchase.
Afterwards, we offer regular maintenance and support, including regular software and documentation
updates, response to customer software problems and software defects, telephone assistance (European
business hours), and unlimited email support. The annual fee for this service is 20%¹ of the
