Support and maintenanceEmail support, maintenance and minor soft­ware updates are free of charge for 180 days from your purchase. Afterwards, we offer regular maintenance and support, including reg­u­lar software and documentation updates, response to customer software problems and software de­fects, telephone assistance (European business hours), and unlimited email support. The annual fee for this service is 20% (at least €800) of the list price on your order. Alternatively, we offer special rates for upgrades.
